The Bioptima International Fair of Biomass and Renewable Energy took place for the third time at the Exhibition Fair and Congress of the Province of Jaén on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of April. As a part of the fair the most outstanding companies of the sector were awarded again this year. These awards are sponsored by Journal Jaén with the support of Fair Jaén, the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of the government of Andalusia and the Energy Agency of the Province of Jaén.
MARWEN INGENIERIA was awarded for “Growing in the field of energy efficiency”. Javier Martínez, General Director of MARWEN INGENIERIA received the award from the rector of Institutional Relations and Communication of the University of Jaén, Esther Lopez Zafra.
The vice president of the provincial of Jaén, Pilar Parra, closed the ceremony and said “that rewards talent, clean energy, technology, innovation and businesses that help to create a new production model and a reference standard for renewable energies in Jaén.”
Together with MARWEN INGENIERIA, other companies were awarded as a group degraded by its “innovation in the field of photovoltaic solar energy” or the Association of Producers and Promoters of Renewable Energies for its efforts “to promote renewable energies”.
